Default PC - 2 staffs

Picked up these staffs while IDS farming.

1) Dropped that way. Cross class but most Mo/Me's use Inspiration, plus quick recovery from cripple's always nice for a PvP monk. Can't decide whether to salvage for healing+1 20% or not.

I'm pretty sure I can get 70-100k for healing+1 20%, but I'm not sure how much I could get for the staff as is.

2) I'm salvaging for +29 unless someone else think the staff has any value as is.

3) No PC needed, it's just the highest merchant value for an item I've ever seen, especially for something so crappy.
